Our Story

We started Bright Sheep in Florida because we believe the way we serve our clients should reflect the way we serve God: with honesty, humility, and hard work.

We're a Christian, family-owned company, and every project follows our internal Code of Honor. It shapes how we answer the phone, how we treat your home, and how we stand behind our work after the job is done.

Before founding Bright Sheep, John spent three years in Florida construction, including two years as a construction supervisor leading a crew of 60 workers. He saw firsthand what homeowners were missing: a contractor who shows up, communicates clearly, and treats their home with respect.

Today John runs Bright Sheep with his wife, Nicole, who helps manage the company day to day. When you hire us, you're working with the family that owns the business.
